Laying in bed again, with that common cold called a virus that weakens your immune system resulting in frequent coughing, sneezing and runny nose? Don't complaint, do something about it. Because of its’ capabilities of taking a person under, ammunition is needed in order to fight back, this is a war against the body.

The question is: How do we defend our health while being under attack by the nasty cold called, Virus? Eat natural foods that have significant fighting power and minimize the ones that don't.
